Two story shotgun, tall and skinny, or detached townhouse; we’ve heard them all. This was a truly fun one to design and build. Reminiscent of our build in Old Town Alexandria, this house plays long so we provided a thicker exterior trim detail to set a sturdy stage. Bay windows define the spaces within the open floor plans. A growing family that was looking for more space now enjoys their 3,500 sqft home with 5 beds, 4 ½ baths plus a rear deck and butlers pantry.
